MBA Success, CAB investing in the future

Marketing Manager - CAB Motor

Congratulations to CAB team member Jerry Crowley on his graduation from the University of Limerick. Jerry, who has been working with CAB Motor Company for the past two years, graduated with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA); an internationally-recognised degree designed to develop the skills required for careers in business and management.

The intensive structure of the course is designed to develop an understanding of best practice management, ability to think and act strategically, decision making and leadership skills and the ability to understand and respond to the dynamics of a changing business environment. The MBA program at UL is also AMBA certified, putting it in the top two percent worldwide.

ACknowledging Marketing Manager Jerry’s achievement as well as his drive and determination, Director/Dealer Principal of CAB Motor Company Conor Cavanagh said: “Education and encouraging our staff to improve their skills lies at the very heart of how we do business. Our staff are our greatest asset and by investing in their skills, we are investing in the future of our company. It is not always an easy road, but a very rewarding one and it allows us to grow and meet the needs of our customers.”

Jerry has been working with CAB Motor Company in the role of Marketing Manager for the last two years, while undergoing his studies. In that time we have seen his drive and determination to succeed translated into in his work here at CAB. He has been a great asset to the team. John Wilkins – Director/General Manager, CAB Motor Company.

Jerry Echoed this sentiment, admitting: “It’s been a very tough, but rewarding experience going back to college and undertaking a MBA while working. I must add that I have been very lucky with the support from both my family and workplace as it would not have been possible to complete without their help and understanding. It’s a great course and I look forward to putting my new skills and knowledge into practice.”
