Responsibility for developing and implementing of all marketing strategy and related communications, including use of social media to support campaigns.
Management of an innovative digital and online presence through all relevant social media channels with the goal of generating leads and traffic
Management of marketing budgets and linking spend to a ROI
Proposal and management of customer facing events, new model launches, CSR and all sponsorship activities.
Manage all internal and external communications
Ensure company brand guidelines are reflected in all communications.
Ensure relevant key marketing communication flows seamlessly and on-time to all key stakeholders in the business.
Working with media agencies and event management partners
Management of customer database including adhering to all GDPR requirements
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Marketing graduate (bachelor honours or masters’ degree level)
More than 3 years of previous marketing experience
A commercial track record of success in delivering business through strategic
Digital design capabilities would be a distinct advantage
Excellent digital marketing skills, with a proven track record to support those skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple key projects at the same time
Attention to detail
Self-starter with ability to work on one’s own initiative and multi-task to effectively meet the needs of the business
Highly competent and experienced in the use of a full range of office productivity tools and applications – Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite including Photoshop.
Digitally savvy with expertise working with key online paid media platforms. (YouTube, Google Search, Social media)
Ability to edit images and videos – you should, therefore, have previous experience of working with image (and video) editing tools.
Knowledge of Kerridge/ ADP or CDK systems would be a distinct advantage as well as experience with Wordpress
This is a full time position; however based on level of experience, a part time option might be suitable. We are a people orientated organization and as such we are open to candidates with the right level of experience who wish to work 3 / 4 days a week. A competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience is available.
